Failed appointments - private and Denplan appointments
To ensure the smooth running of our practice we operate the following policy in relation to patients failing to attend their booked appointments, or not providing us with 24 hours’ notice, of their intention to cancel.
For Private and Denplan patients we will charge £1 per minute, which will be equivalent to the length of the appointment. I.e. £30 for 30 minutes failed.
We will need to take payment fee, at the time of rescheduling to secure the appointment.
