Zak is a well-travelled dentist with a particular interest in helping you manage facial and jaw-joint pain related to the way our teeth meet together, and snoring.
Upon graduation from Sheffield University, he worked in an award-winning practice in Sheffield and has since been in private practice on the Sunshine Coast, Australia. His further training has seen him taking a specialist interest in Occlusion (the way our teeth bite together) at the world-renowned Pankey Institute in Miami, USA. He is also currently studying for a Diploma at the University of Bristol.
Meanwhile, Zak spends his time undertaking voluntary dental projects in less fortunate communities (training local rural Medical Officers in Madagascar and Tanzania, and at a homeless shelter in London), running long distances, and taking photographs along the way.
"My philosophy of care is simple: I aim to do the right thing right, first time and every time - painlessly and personably. Spending time trying to see dentistry through your eyes comes first. We are all individuals and all have different needs, anxieties and preferences."
