I have already recommended to my husband and best friend who both have now moved to the Emsworth practice. I have had a lot of problems with my teeth in the past from my 20's and now am 75 and Celente has sorted me out and she has considerably extended the the time I have left of my existing teeth- I thought by now I would have full dentures but I don't which is a joy.

tara is very patient and calm and very good at making me feel at ease as I am a nervous patient with a strong gag reflex which makes hygiene appointments stressful for me. Great and friendly service . Had a top partial denture procedure . First 2-3 days were uncomfortable, but after a next day appointment , Andrew made small easing adjustments . From then I felt very much better and able to wear the denture all day . 10/10 to Andrew .

All of the staff I interacted with personally and just in general, were all warm and felt approachable. The communication, time, empathy and unhurried care was fantastic. I was very nervous about my treatment was listened to, talked through and left me feeling so much better about the treatment - before, in between (with queries), during and after. I am honestly so impressed, at how relaxed I felt when I attended my appointment for my - very challenging treatment - the time they took to ensure I was comfortable before I left and how they extended that warmth for a little of time when my treatment was complete. I left relaxed and confident. Believe me, I was very concerned cosmetically how I was going to feel. They made me feel like I had an achieved something. Incredible care and empathy.

I was very nervous about having an implant. Pedro and his team put me at ease the whole time, they listened to my concerns, remembered what I had said. The actually procedure was much quicker and a lot less traumatic than I had imagined. I put that down partly to the reassurance I got there. Very happy.

I have received excellent treatment over a perod of 17 - 18 years with Envisage, Emsworth.My only niggle has been that the property is not suitable for elderley / disabled people, but staff always find a way of accomodating me and for that I am grateful. Parking is also a problem for the disabled - it seems the present venue was planned for younger able folk in every way. That your staff are able to help the more physically vulnerable is a tribute to them. But it does make me feel a little marginalised.

A great experience! Friendly team and efficiently run. Being a non-regular patient I decided to book in for some attention to my teeth where I needed a replacement filling. Following an initial consultation I explained I hadn’t had recent treatment or cleaning and any fears I had were carefully handled. I’m impressed with the professional standards and everything was explained to me including when having a long appointment of cleaning / descaling and the filling repaired. I felt little to no pain throughout which reflect modern dentistry standards. Happy to return for scheduled checkups and I recommend their services to anyone especially if feeling a little apprehensive.

I came to Emsworth because I had not long moved to the area and had had a bad experience with the first dentist I saw at a different practice. I saw Celethe and needed quite a few fillings done, and have needed a tooth out since. It was an extensive and daunting treatment plan which she put together for me and I was worried about how I would get through all the fillings and would my teeth fall out etc!! But Celethe reassured me every step of the way, and she was there to answer any questions or see me at the drop of a hat when I was in pain or needed some advice following a treatment. She and the team at Emsworth have all been so so kind and never once made me feel bad for calling needing help or advice. Fortunately my teeth are so well looked after by my dentist and hygienist that I have not needed an emergency appointment for many years. I trust totally the diagnoses and recommendations for treatment. I was a nervous patient when I first came to the surgery, having had some bad past experiences but this is now history and I enjoy my visits! Fortunately, I have the financial means to pay for private dentistry and a Denplan but on occasions the practice has suggested paying a large amount in instalments.

The whole team is approachable, attentive, kind and entirely professional during my visit. I thoroughly recommend them having had a variety of treatment.

However, I would not recommend this practice to those who could not afford the cost of treatment while there are more competitive practices in the area. I am lucky enough to afford the higher cost. My Denplan allowance barely covers the cost of one filling and having already used my Denplan allowance for this year I am now faced with further costly treatment. I trust the advice provided as this practice was highly recommended by my previous dental practitioner.

I arrived thinking that my appointment was at 11am but was told it was 11.40am, also I was early as well so it ment to have to wait for an hour before my appointment, should I stay or pop out, so I decided to stay. lucky for me I got seen inbetween a patient who didn't mind as it was a quick check up which took no more than 5 mins.

I have always been treated like a well-loved family member rather than a patient by the staff at Emsworth.We enquire about each other' children, parents and spouses. I feel really relaxed there. Receptionists, hygienist Tara, Nurse Mercy and dentist Celehine are all such charming people. All of them are so patient, considerate, gentle and friendly. I used to be quite terrified of visiting the dentist but even though I still have anxious pangs, I know the staff will take care of me. I was particularly impressed by the attention to hygiene during the Covid crisis which allowed normal appointments o take place even though from the patients' chair it felt like being aboard an alien spaceship. I liked the air purifier and the yellow gowns, the masks and goggles. I liked it when Mercy grew herbs in boxes. I appreciate having the downstairs room available and the presence of my naughty husband Nick. But it's the staff of course who make my dental experience so comfortable.

Always super friendly, welcoming, helpful and professional. I don't go to the practise all the time. I did my 6 months smile teeth straightening through Envisage Emsworth a few years ago and now go for occasional retainer support. I've also used the hygienist on a couple of occasions. Despite not being a "regular" customer, I always feel "known" and very welcomed due to the great customer service the team seem to pride themselves on.

My dentist has always been so gentle, understanding and highly efficient - same for the hygienist. In fact, I quite enjoy going to Envisage because its a beautiful atmosphere with lovely staff - not cheap but I am very blessed in being able to afford to go.

Highly qualified and caring dentist who takes great care in explaining the state of your mouth and always takes extra care on checking soft tissue, jaw bones etc., when carrying out a checkup. The dentist was extremely supportive and encouraging, made sure I was comfortable and stopped when I asked, or even when she sensed, that I was getting tense. Lovely non judgemental dentist.An honest review of work needing to be done, a thorough explanation of what this is and what it will entail and a detailed plan of action.I do feel anxiety when I go to the dentist and have had bad experiences with some dentists but here I was made to feel very relaxed and felt that moving forward if I did feel worried at any point this would be dealt with in a very caring way.

They very kindly arranged that part of my appointment was downstairs,normally it would have been upstairs but I cannot at the moment climb stairs.

Tara is an exceptional hygenist . She is extremely careful when treating my teeth and gums so it doesn’t hurt. She explains things very well and gives me tips and instructions to use at home. Under her care my dental hygien has improved 100%

I was reluctant to go to dentists in my young years as I had a bad experience - being gassed without warning followed by a bout of sickness. Also teeth could have been saved with the correct treatment. However this was long ago and the treatment was in the Midlands, i.e. no connection to my present dental surgery which is entirely different. I have confidence in the treatment I receive from them.

Tara is so lovely and pleasant. Putting you at ease all the time.She makes sure that you understand and are comfortable with what she is doing and asking you to keep your teeth healthy.

All went well . The treatment was thoroughly explained to me , I had felt nervous previously to the treatment but felt confident and comforted during the s time spent.

I saw Pedro Neto to discuss possible implants. He explained that I needed a scan of my jaw and after meeting up with him yesterday he was honest and said he did not think it would work for me to have implants. It would be very risky and I may end up being in pain as a result. I do not take ANY pills at all at present so I prefer to keep it that way! I agreed with Pedro and was grateful for his honesty.

Warm welcome from Receptionist, helpful and professional with all aspects of checking me in.Clinician and Nurse worked within an immaculate setting, explaining all aspects of treatment with care and professionalism. My well-being was utmost in their attention.

The clinician explained what she was going to do and discussed future treatment. She also took the time to write a letter to my former practice with a view for an inplant consultation and shared photos.

Staff are always welcoming and the dentist and hygienist always explain and discuss current situation/ future concerns. Always allowing me to make the final decision about treatment. I have faith in my dentist.

I was attending for a second opinion with an implant specialist due to a very painful tooth. I have several options to think about and seeing an orthodontist next week to discuss one option so advice and suggestions were very welcome for me to make an informed decision on best course of action next week.

My dentist understands my needs due to extreme nervousness and has worked with me for years , I totally trust myself in her hands as I know she will not continue if I can’t cope and is happy to stop and wait, she eases me and talks me through until I can continue wouldn’t have no other touch my teeth

I’ve been really pleased with Envisage since joining the practice a year or so ago. The staff are friendly and professional, and Dr Malcolm is understanding, consultative and thorough. What made a particular impression is he doesn’t - as many dentists seem to do in my experience - try to upsell unnecessary or ‘gold plated’ treatments. Highly recommended.

An amazing dental surgery. I have a slight dentist phobia but both Kirsten and Tara have made me feel at ease every time I’ve been there. They are so caring and put patient care at the forefront of everything they do. I’m so happy I found them.

My daughters and I recently joined this practice and it has genuinely been life changing for us. My 7 year old who hated teeth brushing, is now excited to care for her teeth. Something which has been a battle for years. We have a solution for my other daughter’s teeth grinding, and for the first time in years I have total confidence in my dentist.
